Andi Lannom is the Executive Director of the Compassion Center. With a background in corporate leadership and a passion for community service, she has taken the vision of Crosspoint City leadership and built the organization from the ground up. Under her leadership, the Compassion Center operates an Unsheltered Day Use Center, a Mobile Medical Clinic, and life-changing Bridges Out of Poverty courses with a team of compassionate, dedicated volunteers to empower low-income families in Bartow County and beyond.

Andi combines compassion with strategic insight, fostering strong partnerships for sustainable impact. Inspired by her mother’s resilience in overcoming financial hardship and domestic violence, and her lifelong career in social work, she is committed to creating systems of care that provides hope, dignity, and opportunity to those experiencing poverty and homelessness.
