Mobile Medical Clinic
Our Mobile Medical Clinic provides healthcare to our uninsured and underserved neighbors in Bartow County.
Services offered: Adult and Pediatric medical care to include: Sick visits, Annual checkups, and Physical exams.
Requirements: Income no more than 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines and has no health insurance coverage.

We are a Walk-In Only clinic and will see patients on a first come, first served basis. We understand your time is valuable and so is ours. We want to be sure all of our patients get fair and equal treatment. We do have a no show policy that if you do not show up when your turn is called 2 visits in a row, you will no longer be eligible to use our service.
We do not carry prescriptions or cash on site.
We are not a primary care or follow up care facility. We will not prescribe Schedule 2 medications. If you have a condition that requires higher level medications, please see primary care doctor, a pain management center, or the Emergency Department.
We do not accept any form of insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare.
Our team is comprised of 100% highly trained medical volunteers. You are not guaranteed to see the same provider for every visit, however, you will receive the same high quality compassion care from all of our providers.
